Prelimiary plan for WRF-PYthon content (~1 hr):

Make use of the older tutorials to put together the content
Start with introducing GeoCAT's miaintenance of WRF-Python
Hold the tutorial
Look for an opprtunity to collect participants' thoughts on potential modernization (e.g. imrproved Xarray support)
