Suzanne from ARSET suggests looking into "design thinking" as a strategic and structured approach to the clustering challenge.

@rwegener2 and I were talking about the challenges and benefits of having remote participation and stumbled on the idea of doing the same week twice. Once in-person and again fully remote.
