Duplicate points when voting for the server.

Describe the bug
When voting for the server while online, you receive a point for each vote. If you then leave and re-join the server, you receive those points, which is duplicated.

Which server is affected?

1. Mintaka
2. Hub

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Vote while online in Mintaka,
2. Leave the server,
3. Rejoin the server,
4. Receive duplicate points.

Expected behavior
You should only receive the points once, and only receive points logging in when voting offline.
