Ringing in Purchased Account

Hey, so basically, I am using this package for making calls using twilio. It is working fine except for one thing. When I am making a call using test account there is ringing sound coming but in the purchased account there is no ringing sound. It is simply showing establish a call and no noise until the user from the other end is picking up the call. I am not entirely sure, whether it's a package issue or twilio issue. But any help will be appreciated.
