目前有一个办法可以给MinGW-w64做本地化：使用这个发行版，并且使用ucrt的版本才能正常显示中文。

替换.mo文件的方法和其他版本一致，即：[mingw folder]\share\locale\zh_CN\LC_MESSAGES
