Polymorph Potions username mismatch

A description of the issue

I made two polymorph potions, one of myself (Modulations), which I made into a splash potion, and one of a user named jsmol. Created in that order.

First I drank the potion of the user jsmol to polymorph myself into jsmol. Then I used the splash potion of myself on the users jsmol and okam1kaze.

While the skins were applied appropriately, the names above our heads and on the tab list only showed jsmol's name, where we would expect to see Modulations.

Repeating this issue yielded the same results.
