Please sign message issue

cannot move past this screen because it doesn't give me a sign message pop up on my trust wallet or metamask on my phone so how do I sign message and move on
also want to add I relaunched unity to try it again but it won't show me the qr code anymore just says this and I don't know how to move forward
tried to restart it and it gives me more errors
