Rebutify.org's privacy policy is fully compliant with all US federal and state privacy laws we listed in the discord thread, as far as we can tell. We have not looked into countries elsewhere. We will look into the GDPR since that covers a lot of European countries.

Based on the GDPR, Rebutify's privacy policy is missing:
-The legal basis of processing data
-The retention period or criteria used to determine the retention period of the data
-The right to restrict processing
-The right to data portability
-The right to object to the processing of their data

Based on Germany's Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), Rebutify's privacy policy is missing:
-Right to withdraw consent
-Right to complain to the relevant data protection authority(ies)

You can find examples of the above from deutschland.de's data protection statement.

We did not find anything missing from Rebutify's privacy policy based on France's data protection laws.
