Reproduction:

• Pick RDS quirk for a character.
• Join a round.
• Get no hallucinations, nor attempts of it in the investigate logs...

Mass hallucinations and hallucination anomalies work normally (I did not test hallucinations caused by chemicals, staring at crystal/singulo or from SM explosion), so I doubt it is a problem with the hallucinations itself, but a problem with the qurik...
