Reproduction:

I got access as the curator for the APC on the main station but i cant access the "Library Upper Floor APC" i think its becasue its not connected too the station. ether the Solar needs an upgrade soo it can be self suffficent or the currator need access too all the APC's in the Radio station satalite/ connected access too engeering.

Thesues, Curator sat is not connected to the station and solar do not have a tracker component.
