Kilostation engi maints get spaced at roundstart

N/A. This is an issue with the map file itself.

Reproduction:

There is a space tile on Kilo under the Gravity Generator Access firelock. This causes gravgen & the surrounding maints to get spaced at roundstart.

Not sure if it was fixed by something or non existent but seems fine.
