Reproduction:

I was a PAI in Fox Holoform before being put into an Evoker's Soulcatcher. My holoform remained and i was successfully put inside the Soulcatcher, but my soul couldn't be put back in my original body or into anything else. After realizing this, they tried releasing me from the Soulcatcher entirely but it simply forced me to a permanently black screen with my PAI hud present. Reconnecting did not resolve it.
