目前的设计就是直接下发客户端的，只是首帧是从缓存里读取，但会以最快速度追上最新的数据

目前的设计就是直接下发客户端的，只是首帧是从缓存里读取，但会以最快速度追上最新的数据

经测试对比，好像延迟会有1-2s左右，我用nginx-rtmp模块最快可以达到300-400ms的延迟，播放器都是用jessibuca播放器
