Alphabetize the module list

Right now the module list seems to be mainly by install date? But with some alphabetization in sections?

For those of us with many modules (who are, logically, the ones most likely to need to use this mod), it can be a total PITA to find the set of modules you want to start with, with them being scattered about.

(I know this module seems somewhat abandoned, but though I would log the request anyway, in case someone picks it up.)
