Add option to stop diagnosis and reactive modules

I actually use the module often to disable all modules temporarily to test how things work without any. In my case this is simple since I can just click Yes and then go from there, but...

I'd like the dialog to have third option to cancel the process and re-enable all modules at any stage instead of only at the end of it.
