Add authentication types to the web UI

Describe the problem

Similar to what is implemented in the GBFS validator, this issue proposes adding multiple authentication methods to the validation requests. We can start with the authentication types described here

Proposed solution

• Add UI selector and fields to capture authentication options.
• Modify service requests to allow authentication methods for validation requests. Make sure auth credentials are not saved on the server side
