A simple VigenereDecoder for SeekingHenna
Quick and Dirty VigenereDecoder I created while playing the "SeekingHenna" ARG for Bioware's upcoming "ShadowRealms" For some reasons, we were unable to reproduce the results from my code with web tools, so people asked me to put the code on github.
