Improve the wording about the development setup in the `README.md`.

* Add a "Recommended Development Setup" section with detailed steps for setting up the development environment.
* Provide clear guidance on building the project using CMake and Qt.
* Explain the process of starting the dojo app and working with sandboxes.
* Include specific details in the recommended development setup section.
