Refine and Fix Markdown File Guides

Problem

Current Markdown Files that serve as guides for new members aren't the best and have lots of spelling mistakes (my bad). Please update them and give them a fresh new coat of paint

Solution

Markdown files are updated and new information is added so they serve as better guides.
