Stuff to do for Election 2023

I think figuring out what to do about as many #10 items as possible would be good.

Aside from that, there are some specific things to do because 2023 is a local election year:

• Make sure the ability to supplement races and contests from a Google spreadsheet works well. This seemed fine during all of my testing of the scraper, but since we didn't use it on the live version in 2022 it might require some work.
• Migrate the ranked choice functionality from the old version of the dashboard. Ideally this won't require any backend work.
• Figure out how the display for ranked choice contests on the non-detail page. It might be some combination of displaying the right data on that screen with labeling how to expand it/see the details so users know what to expect.
• Figure out what to do about the updated boundary data that we don't have and don't know how to get. This will be especially key for city wards and county districts (if there are any of those races), but probably other stuff too.
