Launching new Chromium instance takes lots of resources, we need to reuse the Chromium process and switch profiles dynamically.

In the meantime, we need to use Mojo https://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/developer-library/reference/cpp/cpp-mojo/ to transfer the contents of the profile to each process to make it more efficient.
