By using Navi you agree to the following points.
As Navi is an integration into Discord, its terms and conditions automatically apply to all of its users. Please refer to Discord's Terms of Service for more information.
I may terminate or suspend your access to Navi immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms and conditions.
Upon termination, your right to use Navi will cease immediately.
Navi is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the bot or the use or other dealings in Molly.
Thse ToS only apply to the bot instances with the username Navi#4692 and Navi Lite#9605, hosted by myself. Any other bot instances not listed here, it is outside of the scope of this document.
The mentioned bot instances or the support server may link to external sites that are not operated by me. Please be aware that I have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective ToS.
At my discretion, I may change my ToS to reflect updates. If I decide to change the terms, I will post the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing these ToS.
