So, I have this download folder that receives all my downloaded files (movies, tv series episodes, anime series episodes). Wanting to add it to Emby so I can watch my stuff, I created a "mixed content" type library, expecting the "mixed content" library type to be able to identify a mixed content folder.

I expected this to work (since I come from Plex and it was working there), but that is not the case.

Some stuff gets recognized, some stuff doesn't. Making things worse, the "identify" button is not always available, so, I can't even fix things myself manually.

I've noticed that if I create a movie type library, and point it to that download folder, the movies are much better recognized. If I do the same thing, but I use a "tv shows" library type, the TV episodes are much better recognized. But I am unable to have both at the same time, since it appears I cannot have 2 different libraries that point to the same folder.

This is disapointing. Is this not a common scenario?

Hi, this is not a common scenario. We would like to support it though, but we're not quite there yet.

Thanks.
