Description: This package contains functions that pull data from the akfin database via api (webservice).
    Web services provide data access that is easy to incorporate into code for reproducibility or automation and does not require VPN or network connection. 
    Web services may or may not require authentication depending on whether the data is confidential. 
    Web services perform a sql query of the akfin database.
    AKFIN staff must create the web service initially. 
    Web service urls consist of a base url, the web service identifier, and parameters. 
    Modifying parameters changes the sql query, and the data provided.
