There's not even a Quick Dial context menu item when right-clicking on the page

Don't bother with this as I've decided to give up on the extension, as it takes too long to reset it to how it was without a backup/restore function and these failures are too frequent.

I'm not complaining as I've been using this for years for free and it's been great except for these crashes. Thanks.
