drop alt error

When I try to flash new firmware to my new alt (got it today), it gives the "Opening port 'COM###'.... Failed!" error repeatedly, before I even hit the reset button. Is anyone else having this issue? Perhaps it's an error specific to the new ALT?

The new ALT High Profile batch's Chip ID changed to 60060305. Modify mdloader version 1.03 (!) with method mention in issue #24 should solve the problem.
Edit: fixed formatting and typo

I've had the same problem with the Alt High Profile I received just this week. Its Chip ID is 60060005, so not sure if there's some variance within this new batch.
