Refactor Contract and relation model #794

before cell_dependency table will parse dep_group data and save, it cause lots of table size.
contract before have no unique index, now use deployed_cell_output_id as unique index
Before save cell_dependency to database its async, now save it in node processor.
For iCKB contract, it can use both in type script and lock script
