Problem with PLL Settings with STM32F4Discovery Board #16

I have checked PPL Settings in system_stm32f4xx.c, seems to be ok.
Also Defines are Ok.
With a older Version of the Lib every thing works fine.
But with latest, Baud Rate on UART is wrong.

Uart lib with stm32f429 discovery board works
With stm32f4 discovery board not
Tested with a 3 years old version lib versionI had on my pc works on both boards.

Latest means download from github
