We need to investigate the role and necessity of the BenchmarkHelper in our runtime configuration. The following tasks should be addressed:

1. Purpose of BenchmarkHelper:

   • Investigate what BenchmarkHelper is used for in the context of runtime benchmarking.
   • Determine whether it is mandatory to include BenchmarkHelper for every pallet when using benchmarking features (runtime-benchmarks).

2. Implementation Details:

   • Explore how BenchmarkHelper should be implemented in pallets.
   • Understand the relationship between BenchmarkHelper and the new macro added for benchmarking.

3. Audit Existing Pallets:

   • Review all runtime pallets to identify which ones are missing BenchmarkHelper.
   • Implement BenchmarkHelper in those pallets, ensuring proper integration with the macro and runtime.
