bleedingedge submission maps (Frontier et al.) aren't showing

Issue

you can't get to access the new maps in the custom games menu, only in the campaign

Steps to reproduce

1. load the game (B.E. only)
2. open custom game and search for it;
3. no result.

• I have searched the closed and open issues to make sure that this problem has not already been reported.

I have to manually hardcode adding campaign maps to custom maps, and haven't gotten around to this yet.
