Stuck on "Inventorying game state after texture install" #457

When installing a mod batch with textures I am stuck on "Inventorying game after texture install" 0%.

It's been that way for the last few hours, the window doesn't respond to clicks (even trying to click the title bar to drag the window around).

The spinner is also stuck. Doesn't move at all.
