I thought this might be helpful for new (and even old users) who do not read the forum.
I don't need it now i know but others can't possible figure this out.
Maybe it's good idea for new users that when "restrict system components" is disabled (which is default), a red bar with text or something similar on top of the permission page of a system component app is informing new users that this app will not be restricted (even though you still can set up restrictions). This is for users who do not know about the existence of a setting for system components and think that they can restrict it because they can set up permissions or because they do not know what system components are.
