If you don't want other users to change XPrivacy settings, you should not allow access to XPrivacy. |
All Android users will have separated settings, but only the primary user can enable/disable debug logging and define dangerous functions. This means that secondary users can have another theme, template, etc. |
Only the primary user can clear all data. |

Seems to be working, second user can even now fake Android ID with different value. |

Hello, current "on demand" option is global, it may lead to privacy leaks if a user disable it, since it will be disabled for all users.
This setting should be per users or read only if not logged as owner.
