Hello, current "on demand" option is global, it may lead to privacy leaks if a user disable it, since it will be disabled for all users.

This setting should be per users or read only if not logged as owner.

If you don't want other users to change XPrivacy settings, you should not allow access to XPrivacy.

All Android users will have separated settings, but only the primary user can enable/disable debug logging and define dangerous functions. This means that secondary users can have another theme, template, etc.

Seems to be working, second user can even now fake Android ID with different value.
Coming from 1.99.71 the performance enhancement present on the changelog is not a joke and the menu render more than twice faster on my device.
