If you long press channel key for a couple second, it blinks and can set different Bluetooth or Unify.
I prefer unify (2.4GHz) as much faster and more reliable than Bluetooth.

Unify takes one USB port, but it can connect 6 devices. For me it has more benefit to use Unify.
Bluetooth is very convenient, but it got easy to get over saturated.

Hi,

Same problem here with multiple Windows 10 devices.
Unify is not an alternative....
Is there really no solution to this problem?

Thank you

Martin

I had exactly the same problem with MX Master 2S , MX Master and MX Master 3 + Logitech Craft.

Such a pain in the ass with this set up. I formatted my PC month ago and when i was putting the Unifying Receiver and i did not get any notification of driver installed etc. so i downloded the driver from Logitech.com and i got exaclty the same problems for month, i was ready put everthing in the garbage.

At least i tried one more thing. i formetted again and use the Unifying Receiver of the Craft and not for from the Mx Master ( i dont think it's this one the problem but hust to tell you my steps) i got the notification of Driver to install, i did it and now i don't have any problem with micro disconnection.

Format was my solution.

I'm wondering if anyone know how to customize for example F4.

I would like when i press F4 the windows will close. (Before i used Alt+F4 but on Craft does not work)
From Logitech Option click on Advanced Logitect Craft in the end choose F4 and set: Close Window

Seems easy but does not work i mean it work only for few application and not for Chrome, Edge, etc.
Could anyone help me please?

P.s. Logitech support is the worst in the world also until now they did not do anythgin to fix the backlight always at 100%

Sorry for my english i'm italian :)

Logitech Craft Hard Reset.

1.Un-pair it.
2.Press ”Escape”, “o”,“Escape”, “o”,“Escape”, “b” It works perfect

When I used MX Master 2S - it worked fine. And I bouth Logitech Craft keybord and I can say It's a head pain, both devices have freezes. I've tried to use one Unifying receiver for both devices and one device - one recever , but I see freezes.

No BT connection from the windows laptop to the craft keyboard
only way to deal with it is to un-pair and start with the pairing again.
The first pairings fail, i.e. also the security code question does not pop up. After a couple of times the security code pop up appears and then most of the time, but not always, pairing seems to work

have a MX 2S mouse and a craft keyboard, and a bluetooth headset.
MX 2S as well as headset are immediately connected, just as expected.

I have mouse and keyboard for at least two years and this behaviour occurs only since last months, I do not want to pin point a special event but it could be since a windows update.

I have this problem since one Windows update. After the computer sleeps or restarts, the Bluetooth never reconnected. I have other Bluetooth devices, like MX Master 2 and 3, sony headphones, connected to the same computer, no issue at all. Also, using this keyboard with Mac has no problem as well. I have no idea what to do besides using the unify.

I have been having this issue for the past 4Months or so.
I Possess...
1x Lenovo C930 Laptop
1x Craft Keyboard
1x MX Master (3 I believe)

It is very consistent and as said before, it reoccurs every time the Bluetooth drivers are shut off.
I do not have my Unity Dongle and I constantly have to wait to get them to reconnect.

Through my endeavors, I have found that they will connect just fine one at a time.
However, the Craft keyboard is less than likely to ever connect second.
Whereas, waking the keyboard first to force it to connect first, and then the MX Master will connect after 60sec.

This is very frustrating and I don't get it.
I have had these for not terribly wrong and usually prove to be the best choice when it comes to my use case scenarios.

If there is anything I can do to get more information on the matter, I am free and willing to sort some stuff out.
I will agree with the others, even though I don't have any other BT devices to test the theory, Unless there is a commonality we all have with, Graphics/Razor drivers, I think this is an external issue

same issue since 6 months. With a craft keyboard; at every of my PC (windows 10), the keyboard is paired but does not connect. I must unpair it and reconnect, .. quite irritating.. made many tests, none worked

I was also able to fix this issue by installing the lastest bluetooth drivers for my wifi/bluetooth adapter. I have an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160Mhz adapter in my laptop. After installing the lastest driver for this adapter (v22.30.0) the issue was resolved for me.

I'm having the same issues with my Craft keyboard + MX Master 3 mouse. Both are stuttering and it feels like getting worse and worse. I only use the USB Unifying receiver. I have plugged it in all sorts of USB ports (USB 2, USB3, USB hub in the monitor). I tried installing the unifying software and repairing everything, but nothing seems to help.

I Believe this is a different issue. Id check using a Usb Cable and tape the Unifying receiver to your desk.

I now tried something else. I left the Craft Keyboard connected to the Unifying receiver but i connected the MX Master 3 using Bluetooth. All my issues are gone now.

I have issues pairing the kBoard and it works as a "normal" BT kBoard.

I'm using a Logitech Craft Keyboard, connected to MacOS12 via BT.

Not without some difficulty, I managed to install the software Logi Options.
The Keyboard has no problem to connect via BT and the Crown works as a default.
Accessing the software and after logging in I was able to set a custom profile for a graphic program (Figma, for the records) in which the Crown would do the zoom and no funtion on the tap of the knob.

It worked just fine but then it went back to default mode.
Now the knob is in volume mode again (it also opens Apple Music on Click and Does nothing on Tap+Roll), the Touch sensitive and the F3, F4 and F5 keys don't do what's written on them (Mission Control, Launchpad and Schow Desktop), but just F3: nothing, F4: Vol Down, F5: Vol Up).
Also on Logi Options I can't see the battery status (just to mention another simpler difference I've noticed).

I searched online, I tried to pair it with the dongle (unsuccessfully), in uninstalled and reinstalled Logi Options, I unpaired and repaired many times.

At a certain point I just quit Logi Options and reopened again and it worked as intended, but then it went back to default in less than 2min.

Anybody with the same sort of "I dumped my money" kinda issue? :P

Try to remove all wireless/bluetooth devices away from your craft keyboard. Watches, switches, etc. My fitness bracelet forced my keyboard to disconnect all the time until I noticed this odd connection. A year later the same situation occured with my light remote controller. So i move it away too. Now everything works fine.
