Note that this definitely not combines with PvP toggling and any feature dependent on PvP toggling.

I know, but some servers might want to use it. Nevertheless we should add a configuration comment saying that it doesn't combine well with PvP toggling.

Make that 'This doesn't combine well with both PvP toggling and players logging in and out at random times'.
