/track playername for players with active spies

Players with '/pvp spy on', could use '/track playername' on any other player with the same state. That would then make an personal message pop-up every configurable minutes showing proximity and direction for the player who started tracking. Players who are being tracked will not know. Players cannot track more than one player. As soon as the target disables their spies, the tracking player will get a message.

I would call the command /pvptrack, because track sounds common and could be used by other plugins/mods.
