How to get the friends_list scope.

Hey! I am trying to get the friends list summary, but everytime I try I get "{"errorCode":"errors.com.epicgames.unauthorized","errorMessage":"Public credentials cannot be used with @Authorize annotation.","messageVars":[],"numericErrorCode":1002,"originatingService":"friends","intent":"prod"}" .

I got my auth code by using

and it says I have the friends_list scope so I am a bit confused. Thanks!
