Post authors do not show up on the post page, or on blog post cards

What's wrong?

Looks like the post authors were simply missed when making the templates to show blog posts. These should be added. At least, we should add them to the main post page, and it would be nice to have them on the blog post cards as well, although they might be hard to fit.

+1 on this. I attempted to contact the author, who I now know to be @alice-i-cecile, as mentioned in the Tyranny of Nits article, but it required me to find this repo.
