Midi input switching between tracks issue

Bug Summary

When Click the new track , the switching did not work for the first time , I need wait for a second then click the new track again.

Expected Behaviour

Just one click ，not twice

Clicking a track opens or closes the window.
The reason this is happening is because you're not switching tracks, you're closing the instrument window of the track you're clicking.
