Thank you for this great project.
I 'd like to know wether this can realize the vrp problem with soft time window, which means that penelty cost should be added to the objective function.
btw, can the result include multiple feasible solutions as a solution pool?

Soft time windows and multiple solutions are currently not available, but these would be great features.
