Error in splice junction extraction step for bam alignment file

I tried to run the splam extract command using the test bam file as follows:
splam extract -P SRR1352129_chr9_sub.bam -o tmp_out

This run led to "Segmentation fault" soon. I have installed the latest version (v1.0.11).
When I used a gff file as input, all the commands including 'splam extract' were successfully completed.
It would be helpful if there are some comments to solve this problem.
