Document the use of unused example files OR move it to authorino repo docs/user-guides OR remove them.

As part of the parent issue, a number of files in the authorino-example repo require an update to the api version
BUT
Searching for the files in the title of the subissue there are no uses of them under the kuadrant org.
There are 3 options for this file

1. Move it to the relevant documentation (if that exists) under authorino/docs/user-guides
2. Document it if no document exists
3. Delete it.

If 1. or 2. bring it up to the new api version v1beta3 for any AuthConfig in the file
