Option to toggle the visibility of the top bar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I use this app because the big mostly-empty top bar (I am not sure of its correct name) is taking up too much vertical space, which is very limited on common 16:9 aspect-ratio monitors. Especially, in my case, I use a bigger UI font size, which makes the top bar even taller wasting more space.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a "Toggle top bar" menu under the View of the main menu.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could remove it by deleting the <div class="header__StyledHeader-rr3gqs-0 dQkivs app-header theme--app-header"> element in the DevTools, but it is not permanent.
