Transfer from .json to database

During the Hack Week, it was discovered that using the .json file to store the submission wasn't quite a good idea for a larger audience since it created nearly 5,000 lines in the file.

Eventually, I would like to have the bot to rely on the database, and store all submission information in the database then use the said database to verify whether the submission has already been submitted by the user or not.
