It would also be nice if there were some way to be able to tag someone when they cancel. Right now, there's no way to tag a cancellation. I have to go to Convertkit and find that person, remove the tag of the course they were in, then add the cancellation tag. I tried to use Zapier, but there was no way to make a general zap for cancellations. Zapier requires that you put in an email address, so that wouldn't function as an automatic tagging.
