Spectaculation based SkySim Engine License

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Legacy SkySim Engine"), to deal in the Legacy SkySim Engine without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Legacy SkySim Engine, and to permit persons to whom the Legacy SkySim Engine is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

1. Redistributions of the Legacy SkySim Engine, or any part thereof, must include the above copyright notice and this license agreement.

2. Partial redistribution of the Legacy SkySim Engine, or any modified versions thereof, is permitted, provided that:
   a. Redistributions must be accompanied by a prominent notice stating the changes made to the Legacy SkySim Engine.
   b. Redistributions must clearly indicate that the codebase is a modified version and not endorsed by the original authors or SkySim development team.

3. While continuation of this core is permitted to some extent, it is strongly discouraged due to its outdated and poorly written nature.

4. Parts of this codebase that remain in use in modern SkySim, such as some items and boss fights, are not allowed to be redistributed or monetized without explicit permission.

5. Any modifications made to the Legacy SkySim Engine must be released under the same license terms as the original codebase.

THE LEGACY SKYSIM ENGINE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LEGACY SKYSIM ENGINE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE LEGACY SKYSIM ENGINE.
