unable to run the repo locally on windows

Hi,

When trying to run npm run local I get the following error

DB_PORT=3002 ./bin/start-docker.sh

'DB_PORT' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Hi, I faced a similar error while trying to setup the env on windows. This is not a problem with the Bani-db repo. Windows CMD does not understand Unix commands. A workaround is to install something similar to gVim within which you will be able to run Unix commands.
