[Zoom in] hotkey is a bit confusing

In gale unlike the browser pressing " 'ctrl' + '=' " is the same as " 'ctrl' + '+' "
so when i press ctrl shift = it counts as " 'ctrl' + '+' " for gale but just pressing ctrl = doesn't count as ctrl +

"ctrl +" == "ctrl shift ="

this explains my issue in issue #143
the behavior i expect is that when i press the keycap with the =+ symbols along with the control keycap it would zoom in but it only works when both the shift keycap and control keycap are pressed
