Tasks needed before we can release PyKE 3.1.0:

  • Update the README
  • Update the "What's new page"
  • Push the documentation to github.io
  • Release oktopus 0.1 and make it a dependency
  • Go through the issues to check if anything needs to be resolved before 3.1.0
  • Make a blog post for the GO website and promote on Twitter
  • Give CHANGES.rst, WHATSNEW.rst and README.rst a final edit.

We do not worry about updating the command-line tools in 3.1.0 to use the API, this will be a feature of 3.2.0!
