On Behalf of PI Principal - CR Field i.e. Parental Consent

Similar to the CR field 'On-Behalf' for the PI Controller this comment propose that an "on behalf of PI Principal' be added to the specification to address the requirement across most if not all use cases that Parental/Guardian or Legal Representative be specified at the point of consent.

This field would require that the PI Principal have a tick box for on behalf, then the type of authority written in or presented as standard

For Example:

• Parental or Guardian (for Children 13 and Under)
• Legal Representative
• PI Principal Delegated for Specific Purpose
